The CJRB Tigris is a bold and unapologetically large folding knife, designed to deliver maximum cutting power while still fitting comfortably in the pocket. The aggressive cleaver-style blade makes this knife well-suited for a wide range of tasks that would prove challenging for more delicate knives.

Featuring our proprietary AR-RPM9 steel, the Tigris' blade offers an excellent balance of edge retention, corrosion resistance, and ease of sharpening – making it an ideal everyday carry option that will remain strong through all of your adventures. The wide, flat-ground blade allows for a keen, thin edge while maintaining excellent durability.

We carefully considered the blade thickness, aiming to create a blade that could withstand heavy use without being so thick that it would bind or get stuck. The resulting 0.13-inch blade thickness strikes the perfect balance, delivering a comfortable and capable cutting experience.

For the handle, we selected G10 – a material renowned for its temperature resistance, water resistance, non-reactivity, and exceptional toughness. To further enhance the grip, we've layered two differently textured G10 slabs, providing a superior hold with the ideal thickness.

To ensure smooth and fast operation, the Tigris is equipped with a ceramic ball-bearing pivot construction, enabling quick and snappy one-handed flipper deployment and a silky-smooth closing action. A ceramic detent mechanism helps maintain the knife's crisp, snappy feel for a lifetime of use.

Despite the Tigris' substantial blade, we've managed to keep the action incredibly fluid and smooth, thanks to the careful engineering of the mechanism.

The Tigris also features a unique deep-carry pocket clip that securely holds the knife in your pocket at an angle that allows comfortable access. An extended lanyard hole can comfortably accommodate 550 cord and larger-diameter cordage.
